Who are we ?

Chris Willard

Chris is a Resourcing Solutions Specialist with over 17 years of professional services across both Agency and Consultancy and 30 years across industries.

Committed to driving client cost saving through innovation and true symbiotic partnership. 

Passionate in his drive for his clients, he able to articulate plans and vision C-Level Experienced in building exceptional resourcing and retention solutions within new, growing and established businesses to maximise ROI.

Passionately believes in the strength of communications driving the strategies for team and project delivery success.

Alexia Constantine

Alexia is a technologist with over 25 years investment banking experience, in which time she has delivered numerous successful IT and Business Change solutions. 

With extensive practical experience of software delivery processes, combined with forging a close working relationship with Business stakeholders, Alexia brings a genuine passion for change and progress to an organisation.

Having worked in both IT and Business Change for Tier 1 investment banks and regulated market operators, Alexia has delivered programs for the portfolios of a variety of asset classes. 

Her knowledge of the trade life cycle and the structure of regulated markets enables Alexia to partner with multiple Business functions in order that a program is delivered effectively into an organisation, front-to-back.

With such a wide variety of delivery experiences, Alexia is a strong believer in the power of processes that are fit for purpose, according to the program and organisation. 

She promotes and supports the power of a PMO team working in conjunction with the program team as well as integration with the enterprise standards. Whether a multi-year regulatory initiative, or an innovative technological proof-of-concept, Alexia can apply the correct governance and processes that is most suitable for the stakeholders.

Successful programs are founded on excellent communication throughout every discipline of the delivery teams and Business functions; Alexia is a genuine relationship driven program manager who is able to bring stakeholders and technologists into the same project mindset.

Bradley Dickin

Bradley is a Technical Leader with 20+ years’ experience as a Data scientist, Project manager, Business analyst and Software architect. 

Working for both start-ups and large multi-nationals, successful deliveries span AI/Machine learning models,  Software-as-a-Service applications, mobile and IT networks, operational and business support systems, with some deployments supporting in excess of 10 million customers. 

Bradley thrives in challenging projects, adopts an agile approach and relishes finding simple, innovative solutions to complex problems. He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering,  a commerce degree in Accounting and multiple industry certifications.

Paul Allen

Paul is a CTO specialising in the design and development of wealth management and ecommerce platforms. Over the last 30 years, Paul has delivered and operated mission critical systems for retail financial services and entertainment companies. These have often been greenfield projects and cover all aspects of the development lifecycle from technical architecture; supplier and services selection; team creation; UX design; development; integration; infrastructure; resilience; regulatory & business driven enhancements.

Paul has a particular interest in creating systems that work intuitively and efficiently for the end user.  

Helen Highet

Helen is a Resourcing Solutions Specialist with over 30 years of experience, 20 years of which are within financial services. She has experience of agency, search and in-house recruitment and has recruited at all levels from administrative through graduate and up to and including C-level roles. Her consistent success stems from gaining a deep understanding of a client’s needs, structure and culture.

Helen is interested in creating smooth running and efficient processes, removing bottlenecks and improving communication, cooperation and teamwork. In addition, she has extensive experience of training and is a trained trainer.  

Pooja Shanmuganathan  

Pooja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and has exceptional recruitment experience within professional services. 

She has a passion for HR and is on CIPD accreditation training currently. 
With a demonstrable background in IT recruitment, she has covered both technical and project delivery roles including developers (C++, C# .Net, Java, Python), Application Support, Business Analyst, Project Manager, PMO.

She is a search specialist and her technical background gives her lead on our technical interviewing delivery. She has extensive delivery of graduate programmes and SME hires She utilises recruitment best practice tools and methodologies.

She manages process and procedure and has great experience liaising with senior client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and transition for consultants to client project teams. Her friendly personality allows integration into any team environment

Kevin Jackson

Kevin is a project manager/business analyst with over 17 years experience across the major trading platforms vendors.

Having worked across multiple vendors, Kevin has delivered mission critical strategic projects in market connectivity and on OMS/EMS solutions. In both analyst and project management disciplines.

Kevin is committed to ensuring end delivery via well understood requirements management in accordance with agreed project governance practices.

Through his work in writing up extensive specifications on complex systems, articulating these to multiple audiences and the subsequent management of development and business teams. 

Kevin is a firm believer that delivery is based on clarity and strong communication at the outset.
